Most people relate healthy diet to strict eating. Other consider depriving themselves of food as healthy eating. These are some false conceptions that are built about healthy eating. A healthy diet is about your body feeling great. In other words, having more energy to work or having a good mood throughout the day are signs of healthy eating.

Good fats are good for your heart and brain. Some fats are also good for your emotional and physical health. Including healthy fats in your diet can improve your mood and boost your well-being.
